【Abstract】 The reasons why the shearing force peak value of the rolling shear machine occurs have been analyzed.The following measures are put forward to reduce and eliminate this peak value: to move the guiding device to the plate shearing side horizontally;to make the centerlines of the rolling shear machine stagger with the centerline of the plate to be sheared;to increase appropriately crank phase included angle and crank radius;to use new type guiding device;to use hydraulic rolling shear machine.更多还原
