【摘要】 本文依据经济学原理论证了资本是农村合作社发展的关键因素,从理论和实践上提出了符合我国国情的措施和方法:即借鉴西方新一代合作社的发展经验,在按惠顾额进行分配的基础上引入资本,发展农产品流通加工等业务,将产业合作和信用合作相结合,提高合作社的赢利水平和社员的回报,增强合作社对农民的吸引力,实现合作社加快发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lack of capital is a bottleneck to the development of farmers′ cooperatives in China.Based on the experience of the new-generation cooperatives in the west,this article puts forward some corresponding measures conforming to the Chinese reality.In order to make cooperatives more attractive to farmers and accelerate the development of cooperatives,we can introduce capital based on the distribution by deliver share,develop businesses such as agricultural product circulation and processing,combine industrial cooperation with credit cooperation,and increase the profitability of cooperatives and returns for their members.更多还原
