【摘要】 目的:研究苦参素注射液抗乙肝病毒疗效及与不同中医证型的关系。方法:对65例慢性乙型肝炎患者(治疗组)应用苦参素注射液,同时按中医辨证分型观察比较其疗效,以干扰素治疗56例作为对照组,两组均治疗3个月,观察患者治疗前后肝功能、HBV标志物变化。结果:治疗组治疗结束及结束后6个月总有效率分别为67.7%、69.2%,对照组则分别为71.49%、78.6%;两组间比较,差异无显著性意义,均P>0.05。治疗组65例中以湿热中阻型、肝郁脾虚型抗HBV疗效较好,明显优于其他证型。此两证型的患者在治疗结束及结束后6个月总有效率分别为81.0%、78.3%;81.0%、82.6%,与其他各型比较,差异有显著性意义,P<0.05。结论:苦参素注射液有较好的抗HBV疗效;湿热中阻型、肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎患者适合用苦参素注射液进行抗病毒治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relation between the effects of marine injection on HBV and the TCM syndromes.Methods:According the TCM syndromes,the patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated by marine injection and interferon α-1b for 3 months,and to analysis the changes of the liver function and the marker of HBV.Results:At the end of therapy and the 6 months after therapy,the total effect rates of the marine injection and the interferon α-1b separately were 70.8% and 71.4%,76.9% and 78.6%.There were no differences between two groups.But the effects were better than others on the patients with the syndromes of damp heat blockage of middle energizer and the syndrome of liver Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency.At the end of therapy and the 6 months after therapy,the total effect rates of two syndromes separately were 80.9%,78.3% and 80.9%,82.6%.Conclusion:There were better effects of marine injection on therapy HBV,especially on the patients with the syndromes of damp heat blockage of middle energizer and the syndrome of liver Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency.更多还原
