【摘要】 目的探索一种新的处理睑袋整形术后下睑外翻的方法。方法自颞部发际内经皮肤真皮层至下睑皮肤埋置锯齿线,头皮悬吊提紧从而纠正下睑外翻。结果应用此法治疗7例睑袋整形术后下睑外翻,术后睑外翻完全纠正。随诊6～12个月,有1例因悬吊处线结脱落,术后3个月时行上睑皮瓣转移术修复下睑外翻。结论锯齿线悬吊术是一种有效的纠正轻中度下睑外翻的方法,具有创伤小、手术时间短、面部不会增加切口瘢痕的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study a new method of lower eyelid ectropion for dealing with post-plastic eyelid bag. [Methods] Serrate thread was embedded in dermis from temple hair line to lower eyelid skin.Then lift the serrate thread up and fixed in the periosteum. [Result] 7 patients with lower eyelid eversion were corrected completely in post-plastic eyelid bag. Followed up for 6 months,one patient with falled the end of thread in suspended position and with lower eyelid eversion was performed upper eyelid skin flap grafting,the patient with lower eyelid eversion was repaired after serrate thread suspension. [Conclusion] Serrate thread suspension is a effective method correcting mild or moderate lower eyelid eversion. The suspension is characteristics of few trauma and few operation time and without incision cicatrix in face.更多还原
