带元器件废电路板高效无损拆卸特性研究

【摘要】 在对废电路板资源化特性和可拆卸特征进行分析的基础上,从材料高效回收和环境污染控制两个方面,对废电路板元器件多种拆卸处理方法进行了对比分析,提出了带元器件废电路板的高效无损拆卸处理技术路线和方法。

【Abstract】 On the principles of the resources and dismantling characteristics of waste PCBs,comparative analysis on various demantling technology for waste PCBs mounted with electronic components have been conducted from the aspects of efficient recovery and environmental pollution controlling.Finally,high-efficient and non-destructive technology for waste PCBs treatment was proposed.
