【摘要】 目的分析脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后常见并发症及防治对策。方法对1997年12月至2007年12月经CT/MR检查证实并作脑室-腹腔分流术的脑积水住院病例进行回顾性分析。结果43例脑室-腹腔分流术后病例有20例出现了并发症占46.5%,其中分流管堵塞12例,合并切口感染3例,颅内感染2例,腹腔感染1例,合并硬膜下血肿2例,其中死亡1例。结论脑积水V-P分流术后分流管堵塞是与术式相关的主要术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the common complication of ventricle-abdominis bypass in hydrocephalus and its preventible strategy.Methods Retrospective study was done to 43 patients with ventricle-abdominis bypass in hydrocephalus from December 1997 to December 2007,based on the verification of CT/MRI.Results In 43 cases of postop hydrocephalus,twenty patients had complications and its proportion was 46.5%.Of complication cases,there were 12 of shunt blockage,3 of cut infection,2 of intracal infection,1 of abdominis infection,2 of meninx fibrosa dropsy,and one case of those patients was dead.Conclusions Shunt blockage is the main complication of ventricle-abdominis bypass in hydrocephalus.更多还原
