丹红注射液在脑囊虫病康复治疗中的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨步长丹红注射液在脑囊虫病康复治疗中的治疗效果。方法选取脑囊虫病患者120例,随机分为2组,治疗组66例和对照组54例。两组同时服用相同剂量的阿苯达唑(ALB)、吡喹酮(PQT)杀灭囊虫。治疗组在杀灭囊虫治疗的同时给予步长丹红注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、影像学改变、脑电图(EEG)改善情况、TCD指标、记忆力改善情况。结果丹红康复治疗组在临床治愈率、影相学治愈率、TCD改善方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),EEG好转率、记忆力好转率方面疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论丹红通过活血化瘀,促进侧支循环建立,促进脑再灌注,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗纤维化等作用机理对死亡囊虫及钙化囊虫有吸收作用,有利于脑囊虫病患者的康复,减少癫痫发作,恢复脑功能,并减少后遗症。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and observe the therapeautic effects of Buchang Danhong injection in the rehabilitation with cerebral cysticercosis.Methods 120 cases with cerebral cysticercosis were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups,that was,66 cases as treatment group and 54 cases as control group.The 2 groups both received administration of the same dosages of ALB,PQT to kill the cysticercus.Then the treatment group were given Buchang Danhong injection.A comparison was made between the two groups for the items including clinical effects,medical image changes,improvement in EEG,TCD index and memory.Results Results showed that the clinical curative rate,medical image curative rate and improvement of TCD were better in group with the treatment of Buchang Danhong injection(P<0.05),and improvements in EEG and memory were remarkably better than the group with Buchang Danhong injection(P<0.01).Conclusion Danhong in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral cysticercosis,reduction of epileptic attacks,recovery of cerebral functions and reduction of commemorative signs by activating the absorption of the dead and calcified cysticercus through promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,building compensatory circulations,enhancing cerebral re-perfusion,as well as actions of anti-inflammation,anti-oxidization,and anti-fibrosis.
