对Mimics V10.0软件的三维实体重建方法的研究

【摘要】 目的对Mimics V10.0软件的三维实体重建方法及重建原理加以研究。方法利用GELightspeed 16排螺旋CT对一个正常头颅,一个正常左膝关节以及一个有严重骨质增生的左膝关节分别以层厚5或10 mm,间隔5或10 mm的方式进行扫描,随后在GE后处理工作站进一步获得1.25 mm层厚的薄层后重建图像。Mimics直接读入Dicom格式后重建图像,运用阈值选取技术、三维区域增长技术,获得新蒙罩,以此新蒙罩为基础经三维重建后获得头颅及左膝关节三维实体模型。结果在Mimics中得到的三维实体模型能旋转、剖割及拆分,图像轮廓清晰,方便测量,其梯状伪影较小。对多种原因引起左膝关节间隙两侧骨端的骨质相接触时,其三维模型显示左股骨下端及胫骨上端连接在一起。结论Mimics软件中三维区域增长技术的原理是基于空间连接性演算,其三维实体重建采用表面遮盖重建技术。多个专业的临床医生利用Mimics软件可以得到人体组织、器官逼真的立体显示,且该软件还可用于考古学、体质学等研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To research 3D reconstruction method and principle of Mimics V10.0 software.Methods A normal skull,a normal left knee and a left knee of severe hyperostosis were scanned on the basis of 5 or 10 mm-thick by GE Lightspeed 16 Plus spiral CT.Then the thin layer reconstruction images of 1.25-mm-thick was gotten on GE Advanced Workstation.The reconstruction image of Dicom format was read in the Mimics directly. After utilization thresholding and 3D Region Growing,the new mask was acquired.The 3D model was gotten after 3D reconstruction that was based on the new mask.Results The 3D model that was obtained in Mimics could be rotated,cut and was easy to measure.Furthermore the outline of it was clear,the step artifact was less.When the extremities was connectted by the sclerotin through the joint space of the left knee,the 3D Object model displayed the inferior extremity of left femur was connectted with the superior extremity of left tibia.Conclusion The principle of 3D Region Growing is algorithm for spatial connectivity.The 3D reconstruction uses surface shaded display(SSD).The clinical doctor can get the vivid volumetric display of the tissue or organ of human by Mimics.And this software can be utilized in the research of archaeology,body constitution.
