【摘要】 目的优选补阳还五汤的提取、精制工艺。方法以芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、耐缺氧和抗血栓为考查指标,采用正交实验方法对补阳还五汤的提取和精制工艺进行优化。结果优化工艺为:以8倍量水为提取溶剂,提取2次,每次1.5h。合并煎煮液,浓缩至相对体积质量为1.08～1.10,以95%乙醇醇沉至70%,离心,上清液过滤,取滤液,上树脂柱精制。结论该工艺操作简单、重现性好,有效成分提取效率高,工艺可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the extraction and purification process of Buyang Huanwu decoction.Methods An orthogonal method was adopted to optimize the extraction and purification process with the peoniflorin,calycosin-7O-β-D-glucoside,hypoxia tolerance and thrombosis as criteri-on.Results The optimized processc was that eight times water as extracted solvent,the medical material was extracted 2 times,each for 1.5 hours.All filtrate was collected and concentrated to 1.08-1.10.The concentration of alcoho 95% to 70%.The precipitate was separated by centrifugation.The upper liquid was transferred to filter.The filtrate was separated by macroporous resin.Conclusion The proposed methods result in good reproducibility as well as high yield of active constituents.It is feasible to follow the optimal techniques.更多还原
