【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者影响。方法选择2002年1月至2006年12月收治的SLE患者共204例,通过评估患者,按照特定教育内容和教育方法,分别在实施健康教育前、后对其效果进行评价。结果SLE患者健康教育前后知识的评分构成情况差异具有统计学意义(χ2=122.2,P<0.001),健康教育前优良率仅为27.5%,健康教育后优良率上升到79.5%。结论健康教育能够提高SLE患者对该病的认知和能力,在改善患者精神心理状况、提高自我护理能力等方面收到良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the influence of health education to patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods January in 2002 to December in 2006,204 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus hospitalized were chosen to be evaluated according the special educational contents and ways,the effects before and after the education were assessed.Results The score constructions of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus before and after the education were different(χ2=122.2,P<0.001).The excellent rate before the education was only 27.5% and that was 79.5% after the education.Conclusion The healthy education can raise obviously the overdose compliance rate of the hypertension patient,lifting a control rate normally of the high blood pressure.更多还原
