高温胁迫下红色与绿色苋菜叶抗氧化能力的比较

【摘要】 研究40℃高温下连续处理6d的红叶苋和绿叶苋叶中抗氧化能力的结果表明:高温胁迫下,两种苋菜叶中总酚含量相近,红叶苋的苋菜红素和类黄酮含量显著大于绿叶苋,两者的抗氧化酶活性都下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化差异不大,但红叶苋的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降幅度比绿叶苋小,其叶中H2O2积累较少,总叶绿素含量较高,热害指数也低于绿叶苋。

【Abstract】 Antioxidative capability in leaves of two cultivars of Amaranthus tricolor(red and green leaf) was investigated by high temperature(40 ℃) treatment for 6 d.The results showed that the contents of total phenolics were similar between two cultivars of amaranth under high temperature stress.However,contents of amaranthin(one type of betacyanins) and flavonoids increased more remarkably in red cultivar than in green cultivar.Activities of three antioxidases in both cultivars decreased,no much difference was found in the alteration of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity between two cultivars,but compared to activities of ascor-bate peroxidase(APX) and catalase(CAT) in green cultivar,activities of APX and CAT in red cultivar slightly decreased.In comparison with the green one,less accumulation of H2O2 in leaf tissue and higher chlorophyll content were observed in red cultivar.Hence,the heat injury index of red cultivar was obviously lower than that of green cultivar.
