施氮对不同品种夏玉米冠层叶片气孔特性的影响

【摘要】 盆栽条件下研究不同施氮水平[0、0.15和0.30 g(N)·kg-1(土)]对不同株型夏玉米冠层叶片气孔特性影响的结果表明,施氮后叶片气孔密度显著下降,但增加施氮量的气孔密度有所增大;与不施氮的相比,施氮的气孔长度、宽度和面积均下降。不同株型品种的气孔密度、气孔的长度、宽度和面积均以紧凑型‘陕单902’显著高于其他株型品种。不同施氮水平下不同叶层叶的气孔密度均表现为上层大于中下层,而气孔的长度、宽度和面积的差异缺乏规律性。

【Abstract】 A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of nitrogen on the stomatal characteristics of canopy leaves of summer maize with different plant types.The nitrogen fertilizations were divided into 0,0.15 and 0.30 g(N)·kg-1(soil).The results showed that stomatal density descended significantly after applying nitrogen,but ascended with the increasing of nitrogen applying.Compared with the control,stomatal length, width and areas descended significantly.Stomatal characteristics of compact conformation‘Shandan 902’were significantly greater than other varieties.Comparing the different layer leaves at different nitrogen levels, stomata density of up-layer leaves was larger than middle-layer and low-layer leaves,but there was no universal rule of stomatal length,width and areas.
