第五代立体定向机器人系统的临床应用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨第五代立体定向机器人系统(CAS-BH5)的临床手术应用价值。方法回顾性分析40例应用CAS-BH5实施无框架脑立体定向手术病人的临床资料,其中远程遥操作手术10例。术后随访10 ̄14个月,平均12个月,观察定位精度及症状改善情况。结果临床成功完成无框架定位脑手术40例,定位操作均一次性完成,定位精度为(1.05±0.13)mm,手术有效率95%,无相关手术并发症。结论CAS-BH5设计结构合理,操作集成实用性强,定位精确且操作方便。无框架立体定向遥操作安全可行的。

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the applied value of the 5th robotic system (CAS-BH5) robot system in clinical surgery. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients, including 10 cases who received teleoperation, undergoing frameless stereotactic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. The accuracy of position and improvement of symptom were observed during the follow-up of 10 to 14 months (mean 12 months) after operation. Results The surgical operations were successful in all the 40 patients. Fiducial registration was performed with a mean accuracy of 1.05±0.13 mm between the planned and actual trajectories. There were no complications and 95% of patients had neurological improvement. Conclusion The design of the CAS-BH5 robot system is rational in structure and the operative integration is practical with an accurate location and convenient operation. Teleoperation of frameless stereotactic surgery is safe and reliable.
