【摘要】 目的:2005年~2008年对医疗机构使用中的2%碱性戊二醛有效含量进行监测。方法:采集各级各类医疗机构重点科室使用中的戊二醛100 ml,用化学滴定法进行检测。结果:共采集使用中的碱性戊二醛300份,39份不合格,合格率为87%。内镜室、口腔科、外科、手术室、产房合格率分别为85%、90%、85%、87%、94%。一级医院、二级医院、三甲医院合格率分别为78%、87%、92%。结论:需要加强戊二醛使用管理和监测,防止发生医院感染及职业危害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To monitor effective content of 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde used in medical institutions from 2005 to 2008.Methods:Collected glutaraldehyde 100ml used in different kinds of medical institutions and detected by titration.Results:A total of 300 glutaraldehyde samples in using were collected,39 samples were unqualified and qualified rate was 87%.Qualified rate of endoscopy room,dental clinic,surgery,operating theatre,delivery room was 85%,90%,85%,87%,94%,respectively,primary hospitals,secondary hospital and Grade Three A Hospital was 78%,87%,92%,respectively.Conclusion:It is necessary to enhance the using management and surveillance of glutaraldehyde to prevent nosocomial infection and occupational exposure.更多还原
