阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量双酚A
Inhibitory kinetic-spectrophotometric determination of trace bisphenol A
【摘要】 目的:提出一种测定痕量双酚A的动力学光度法。方法:基于酸性介质中双酚A对羟基自由基与亚甲蓝间氧化还原反应的阻抑作用,通过监测最大吸收波长665 nm下染料吸光值的下降测定双酚A。结果:最佳实验条件下双酚A的检出限为7.4×10-3mg/L,测定的线性范围为0.15~4.2 mg/L。结论:该方法已用于饮料瓶及保鲜膜浸取液的双酚A测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Objective:A novel kinetic spectrophotometric method for determining trace bisphenol A(BPA) was described.Methods:The method was based on the inhibitory effect of BPA on redox reaction between hydroxyl radical and methylene blue in acidic media.BPA was determined by monitoring absorbance decrease of dye at the maximum absorption wavelength of 665 nm.Results:Under the optimum experimental conditions,the detection limit was 7.4×10-3 mg/L and the linear range of the determination was 0.15~4.2 mg/L for BPA.Conclusion:The proposed method has been used for the determination of BPA in extracts of beverage bottle and cling film with satisfactory results.
