微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定面粉中镉和钴的研究

【摘要】 目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定面粉中镉和钴含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,并以1000 mg/L PdC l2和1%的Vc溶液5μl作为基体改进剂,经氘灯校正背景,利用石墨炉原子吸收法对样品中镉、钴的含量进行测定。结果:微波消解法对样品进行前处理,减少了消化过程中元素的损失,其回收率分别在98.1%~106.5%和97.2%~102.6%之间,方法的相对标准偏差分别为4.5%和5.1%,检出限分别为0.50和1.60 ng/m l。结论:具有简便、快速、灵敏、稳定、准确等优点,适于面粉中镉、钴的分析测定。

【Abstract】 Objection:To set the means that trace cadmium and cobalt in flour with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy and microwave digest.Methods:We fore-treat the samples by microwave digest firstly.then take the PdCl2 of 1000 mg/L and 5 μl Vc of 1% as the matrix modifier,and rectifying background by Deuterium light.At last determine the content of cadmium and cobalt in flour with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.Results:We reduce the loss of the elements by the way that do the fore-treat to samples with microwave digest.The recovery is in the range of 98.1%~106.5% and 97.2%~102.6%.The relative standard deviation of the method is 4.5% and 5.1%.The limit of detection is 0.50 ng/ml and 1.60 ng/ml.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of trace cadmium and cobalt in flour of being simple,rapid,sensitive,stable and accurate etc.,and the results were satisfactory.
