密闭微波消解HG-AFS测定酱油中砷
Determination of arsenic in sause by AFS method and obturated microwave
【摘要】 目的:建立密闭微波消解HG-AFS测定酱油中砷的方法。方法:用CEM微波消解消化酱油,上HG-AFS测定砷的含量。结果:砷含量在0~50μg/L范围内呈现理想的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991;检出限为0.0905μg/L;相对标准偏差为1.57%;高、中、低不同浓度的加标回收率分别为99.5%、98.8%、100.3%。结论:氢化物发生一原子荧光光谱法测定酱油中砷的方法线性范围宽、检出限低、灵敏度高、重现性好,而且操作简单、测定快速。
【Abstract】 Objective:To constitute a determination of arsenic in sauce with microwave digest HG-AFS.Methods:Digest the sauce with Microwave,then determine the arsenic in sauce with HG-AFS.Results:The content of arsenic showed ideal linearity in the range of 0~50 μg/L,the correlation coefficient,detection limit and standard deviation were 0.9991,0.0905 μg/L,1.57%,recovery rate of high middlelow was 99.5%,98.8%,100.3%.Conclusion:The determination of arsenic in sauce with HG-AFS have wide linearity,low detection limit and high sensitivity.
