【摘要】 目的:观察类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者红细胞免疫黏附功能及红细胞膜补体受体Ⅰ(ECRⅠ)浓度变化,探索RA的发病机制。方法:用ELLSA法测定红细胞膜补体受体Ⅰ浓度,戊二醛固定红细胞定量包被于V型板上,依次加入抗ECRⅠ抗体,碱性磷酸酶标记的第二抗体与底物显色,将上清液移于比色孔中,405 nm比色,计算吸光度值。检测红细胞免疫黏附功能,用抗凝血提取红细胞配成1×106个/ml红细胞悬液,加入肿瘤细胞,测定红细胞黏附肿瘤细胞率。结果:RA患者ECRⅠ分子浓度低于正常健康人(P<0.01),红细胞黏附肿瘤细胞率低于正常健康人(P<0.01)。结论:RA患者ECRⅠ分子浓度及红细胞免疫黏附功能降低,其变化与RA活动指标变化相关。它对RA的诊断及评估有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the expression of complement receptor typeⅠon erythrocyte and erythrocyte to immune adhesion function in patient with reheumatoid arthritis(RA) and explore its associtation with disease stage and clinical manifestation and explore the pathogenesis of RA.Methods:In each sample,gluataraldenyde-fix red blood cell(RBC) was analysed in V well microtitre plates.In each well mouse IgG to conjugated to alkaline phasphatase IgG and Substrate the supernatant was transferred to U microtitre plate to factitate read by a plate reader at 405nm(A).To examine erythrocyte immune adhesion function With anticoagulant blood preponed 1×106/ml RBC suspension,add to tumor cell supension,to examined erythrocyte adhesion tumor cell Rate(EATR).Results:The quantation expression of ECRI in patients with RA was significantly lower than that of healthy individual(P<0.01).The erythrocyte adhesion tumor cell Rate in patients with RA was significantly lower than that of healthy individual(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of ECRⅠand erythrocyte adhesion tumor cell Rate may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA.It is correlated with diseas activity index and may have clinical significance in dignosing and evaluating the prognosis of patients with RA.更多还原
