【摘要】 目的:寻求更为快速、简捷、价廉、无创性的诊断急性白血病的新方法。方法:采用法国Sebia琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术。结果:急性白血病组与正常对照组比较:LDH-1浓度明显上升(P<0.05),LDH-2浓度显著上升(P<0.01),而LDH-3,LDH-4,LDH-5则无明显升降(P>0.05)。结论:乳酸脱氢酶同工酶电泳技术作为一种新的检测急性白血病的方法,是一种无创性诊断方法,具有广泛的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of a quick,simp,cheap and non-invasive in acute leukemia diagnosis.Methods:By agarose gel electrophoresis technique made in French Sebia.Results:The acute leukemia compared with the control group,the concentration LDH-1 was higher(P<0.05),the concentration LDH-2 was obvious higher(P<0.01),the Concentration LDH-3,LDH-4,LDH-5 had no obvious change(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electrophoresis technique of serum lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme can be used as a possible altemative tool in routine laboratory acute leukemia diagnosis in the near future.更多还原
