【摘要】 目的:建立化妆品中甲硝唑的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。方法:采用乙腈提取化妆品中的甲硝唑,以D ia-monsil C18色谱柱分离,液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法测定。结果:化妆品中甲硝唑检测的线性范围为1~1000 ng/m l,定量检测限为1 ng/m l。3个添加水平的平均回收率在96%~102%范围内,相对标准偏差在10%以下。结论:本法快速、灵敏、准确,可快速检测化妆品中添加的甲硝唑。

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of metronidazole in cosmetics.Methods:The analyte was extracted from cosmetics by acetonitrile,chromatographyed on a C18 column and detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization source.Results:The method has a limit of quantification of 1 ng/ml.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1~1000 ng/ml.The mean recovery of three levels ranged from 96% to 102% and the relative standard derivations were lower than 10%.Conclusion:This method was rapid,sensitive and specific to be applied for the determination of metronidazole in cosmetics.
