舟山市首次由气单胞菌引起食源性疾病爆发的调查研究

【摘要】 目的:分析该起食源性疾病爆发的原因。方法:采用流行病学调查、临床诊断和实验室检验结果相结合的方法。结果:经市有关流行病学专家分析认定是因食用被气单胞菌污染食物而引起的群体性食源性疾病爆发,载体食物为农贸市场市售熟素食。结论:必须加强农贸市场的食品卫生监督与管理,以保障海岛居民的饮食安全和身体健康。

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the causes of infection to provide scientific basis for prevention.Methods:The epidemiological investigation and case of illness were used to conduct a contrastive study.The laboratory tests and the clinical diagnosis method were adopted as well for investigation and analysis.Results:The aeromonas infection leading to the outbreak of foodborne diseases and the food pathogen vector was cooked food in local farmers market.Conclusion:To strengthen food hygiene supervision and management at local farmers market is important to protect the health and diet safety of island residents.
