【摘要】 目的:探讨HBV感染患者血清蛋白电泳图谱的改变。方法:采用法国Seb ia琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术。结果:实验组白蛋白百分比较对照组低(P<0.01),α1球蛋白百分比较对照组低(P<0.05),α2;β球蛋白百分比较对照组无明显改变(P>0.05),γ球蛋白百分比较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:血清蛋白电泳图谱分析有助于判断HBV感染患者的肝病转化程度,是临床观察HBV感染变化的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the change of serum protein electrophoresis in hepatitis B virus infection of patients.Methods:By agarose gel electrophoresis technique made in french sebia.Results:Compared with the control group,the percent of albumin was lower(P<0.01),the percent of α1-globin was lower(P<0.05),the percent of α2,β-globin were no obvious change(P>0.05),the percent of γ-globin was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:To analyze the electrophoresis of serum proteins have help to diagnose hepatitis B virus infection of patients of change.It is main index of observation of hepatitis B virus infection of patients.更多还原
