【摘要】 目的:建立填充柱气相色谱法快速检测毒鼠强的实验方法。方法:样品经丙酮或苯提取,填充柱气相色谱火焰光度检测器检测。结果:毒鼠强浓度在0~25.0μg/ml范围内线性良好,相对标准偏差为1.05%~3.03%,回收率84.2%~93.0%。结论:本法检测毒鼠强速度快,方法简便,很适合基层中毒样品中毒鼠强的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method of packed column gas chromatography to determine tetramine rapidly.Methods:After the sample being extracted with acetone or benzene,it was determined by packed column gas chromatography with flame photometric detector.Results:The linearity was good in the range of 0~25.0 μg/ml,and the relative standard deviation of 1.05% to 3.03%,and the recovery rate for tetramine from 84.2% to 93.0%.Conclusion:The established method of determining tetramine is a simple and rapid analysis and it is suitable for grass-roots units to analyze tetramine in poisoning samples.更多还原
