【摘要】 目的:掌握沈阳市医疗机构的消毒质量与感染危险因素,为医院感染管理的质量控制提供依据。方法:对全市41家市级以上医疗机构重点科室的环境卫生和消毒灭菌效果依据《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995进行监测。结果:4年共检测样品2519份,合格2177份,合格率为86.42%,其中空气样品的合格率最低。结论:医疗机构应提高对消毒隔离与医院感染控制工作重要性的认识,正确合理使用消毒灭菌剂和器械。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To grasp the Shenyang medical institution′s disinfection quality and infection risk factor to provide the basis for the quality control of nosocomial infection management.Methods:The disinfection quality was monitored in the environment of key departments in 41 municipal above medical institution,according to Hygienic standard for hospital disinfection GB15982-1995,in shenyang.Results:A total of 2519 samples were tested in 4 years,eligible samples were 2177,the eligible rate was 86.42%,air sample′ eligible rate was lowest in all samples.Conclusion:Medical institution should enhance the understanding of importance of disinfection,isolation and nosocomial infection control and use disinfectant and instruments correctly and reasonably.更多还原
