【摘要】 目的:建立用薄层层析法分离鉴定蟾蜍毒素和毒鼠强的方法。方法:用薄层层析法分离检测。结果:毒鼠强标准的Rf=0.59,显蓝紫色斑点,蟾蜍毒素在Rf=0.2~0.65,能得到至少8个以上的彩色斑点,毒鼠强的蓝紫色斑点不受干扰。结论:该方法操作简便,结果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To set up a determining method and conduct qualitative analysis of cinobufotoxin and tetramine.Methods:To separate and analyze cinobufotoxin and tetramine by TLC.Results:The standard Rf value of tetramine was 0.59,presenting a indigo point.We could get above 8 colourful points from cinobufotoxin when the Rf value was between 0.2 and 0.65.And the indigo point was not disturbed.Conclusion:The proposed method provides simple and accurate analysis.更多还原
