先天性脑积水小鼠大脑基因差异表达研究
Profile of gene differential expression in the brain of AQP4-/-congenital hydrocephalus mice
【摘要】 目的系统探讨水通道AQP4敲除鼠先天性脑积水大脑基因表达差异。方法利用小鼠基因表达谱芯片对水通道AQP4敲除鼠先天性脑积水大脑基因表达水平进行检测分析。结果超过100个基因的表达水平发生显著改变,其中有超过63个基因表达明显上调,超过37个基因表达显著下降。结论这些基因表达水平的改变可能与先天性脑积水的形成密切相关,深入研究相关基因可能发现先天性脑积水形成的新机制。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore systematically the profile of gene differential expression in AQP4-/-congenital hydrocephalus mouse brain.Methods Assay the differential expression of brain mRNAs in hydrocephalus mice and normal mice by DNA Chips.Results In hydrocephalus brain,expression of more than 100 genes changed significantly,of which more than 63 genes were up-regulated and 37 genes were down-regulated by more than two-fold.Conclusion The differential expression of brain genes was probably related to formation of congenital hydrocephalus.Further investigation of these genes may identify new mechanisms of congenital hydrocephalus.
