3种金属烤瓷修复体对牙龈组织的影响

【摘要】 目的选取三种不同种类金属基底PFM进行修复,进而比较和评价不同种类金属基底PFM对牙龈组织的影响和各自的修复效果。方法将60例在本院口腔科门诊欲行金属烤瓷修复体修复的患者随机分为3组,对其采用3种金属基底烤瓷修复体(PFM)修复,分别为镍铬合金,含钛镍铬合金,金合金。在修复后的6个月,观察牙龈变化:观测牙龈指数(GI),采用滤纸吸着法采集并测定龈沟液本,记录各项观测指标。结果①镍铬合金和含钛镍铬合金的两项指标均显著高于其对照组;金合金与对照组无显著性差异;②金合金的两项指标显著低于含钛镍铬合金和镍铬合金(P<0.05),而含钛镍铬合金和镍铬合金无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论不同种类金属基底PFM对牙龈组织均有刺激性,金合金的临床应用效果好于含钛镍铬合金、镍铬合金。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns with different metal alloy base on the gingiva.Methods 60 teeth from 60 patients who wanted to restore with PFM in the department of stomatology of China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly.With the informed consent,they were restored respectively by PFM crowns with 3 different alloys.They were Ni-Cr alloy,Ni-Cr alloy with titanium,high gold alloy.Every patient’s time can be recorded.6 months later,observe every patient’s GI and GCF can be collected by filter paper strips.The data was analyzed with SPSS.10.0,and the size of test was established as 0.05.Results Compared with respective control group,with regard to these 2 indexes,there were significant differences in Ni-Cr alloy and Ni-Cr alloy with titanium groups;contrarily,there were no significant differences in high gold alloy group.With 2 indexes,there were significant differences between high gold alloy group and Ni-Cr alloy,Ni-Cr alloy with titanium groups.However,there were no significant differences between Ni-Cr alloy and Ni-Cr alloy with titanium groups.Conclusion Different metal base alloys had different effects on the gingival,high gold alloy group had the less effect on the gingiva than the Ni-Cr alloy,Ni-Cr alloy with titanium groups.
