【摘要】 目的探讨过氧化物酶增生物殖体激活受体γ(PPARγ)在垂体腺瘤中的表达及意义。方法收集27例垂体腺瘤标本,通过Western blot方法,从蛋白水平检测PPARγ在27例垂体腺瘤、3例正常垂体组织、2例胶质细胞瘤中的表达。结果PPARγ在所有垂体肿瘤组织中都有丰富表达,其表达显著高于正常垂体组织(P<0.01),在非侵袭性腺瘤和侵袭性腺瘤中的表达量分别为0.56±0.31,1.02±0.28,两者之间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论PPARγ的表达与肿瘤大小及侵袭程度相关,表明PPARγ的表达与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,检测PPARγ有可能预测垂体腺瘤预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective T o investigate the expression and significance of peroxisome proliferators actived receptor-γin pituitary adenomas(PPAR-γ).Methods 27pituitary adenomas were collected immediately after transsphenoidal surgery.Western blot analysis were performed to determine the expression of PPAR-γ protein in 27 pituitary adenomases,3 normal pituitary and2 glioma.Results The expression of PPARγ in all pituitary adenomases was observed to be stronger than that in normal pituitary by Westerblot analysis(P<0.01),in addition,The expression of PPARγ in invasive group and non-invasive group was 0.56±0.31,1.02±0.28,respectively,and there was significant different(P<0.01).Conclusion The results reveal that what were relation of occurring and development contributing to the invasion of pituitary adenomas,it may be useful to forecast development of pituitary adenomas by examine更多还原
