鸡新城疫-传染性支气管炎二联油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫抗体消长规律的测定

【摘要】 将40日龄非免疫鸡分为3组,每组20只。第1组:肌肉注射鸡新城疫-传染性支气管炎二联油乳剂灭活疫苗0.5 mL/只,并在免疫后的不同时间检测ND抗体和IB抗体;第2组:第一次免疫后71 d,用同一疫苗进行第二次免疫,并追踪测定ND抗体和IB抗体;第3组:不注射疫苗,试验对照组。用血凝抑制试验(HI)检测ND抗体,用间接ELISA检测IB抗体。结果表明,第1组试验鸡接种疫苗后在6 d就可以产生ND抗体(4 log2),30 d达到最高峰(10.11 log2),持续期为110 d;在18 d检测到IB的阳性抗体(S/P值≥0.2或滴度≥396),持续期为120 d。第2组试验鸡的IB、ND抗体效价普遍高于第1组,抗体水平持续到228 d时ND抗体效价达到6.2 log2;IB抗体滴度达到4 275。

【Abstract】 Dividing the 40-day non-immunized chickens into three groups,twenty chickens in each group.No.1 group were inoculated combined oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine against ND-IB,the inoculated dose were 0.5 mL.ND antibody and IB antibody were detected by HI and ELISA respectively;No.2 group were inoculated the same vaccine again at 71days after first vaccination,then the ND HI antibodies and IB antibodies were detected continuiously.No.3 group were blank control that were inoculated nothing.The results indicated that the antibody titer of group one were 4log2 at 6 days and reached its peaks(10.11log2) at 30 days post-inoculation.The immune duration keeps 110 days.The IB positive antibodies(S/P values≥0.2 or titer≥396) were detected at 18 days and the immune duration lasts 120 days.The ND antibody and IB antibody of group two after secondary vaccination were generally higher than group one,the ND antibody could reach 6.2log2 and IB antibody could reach 4 275 at 228 days.
