【摘要】 以提高抑菌效果、中药浸膏得率和注射液澄明度为指标筛选中药复方乳炎消注射液处方及制备工艺,并用紫外分光光度计测定其主要有效成分氯原酸和黄芩苷的含量。结果,注射液选用金银花、黄芩、蒲公英、甘草、白芷作为处方组成,最佳工艺条件为10倍加水量在40KHz功率下超声处理2次、每次40min。紫外分光光度仪测得其主要有效成分氯原酸和黄芩苷的含量分别为1.150g/L和0.517g/L。结果表明,该注射剂的制备工艺合理、有效成分的含量测定方法简便、易行,乳炎消注射液符合药典规定的注射剂质量标准,能满足制剂学及兽医临床需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formula and preparative process of the compound Chinese medicine Ruyanxiao injection were selected to increase the antibacterial effects and the extract rate.The content of the active principle chlorogenic and baicalin was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotom-eter.Results:The flos lonicerae japonicae;radix scutellariae;herba taraxaci;radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae and radix angelicae dahuricae were selected for the prescription of the injection.The best craft condition is 10 times water,ultrasonic extraction two times with 40 KHz power,every time 40 minutes.The respective content of chlorognic and baicalin was 1.150 g/L and 0.517 g/L.Conclusion:The preparation craft of the combination chinese medicine ryanxiao injection is reasonable.The method of determining the content of the active principle is easy to operate.The quality of ruyanxiao injection meets with the standard of injection in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia.更多还原
