【摘要】 从长春地区疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎发病猪采集病料,经形态学检查、生化实验、卫星生长现象、溶血试验、PCR鉴定等,分离到7株猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌;血清定型试验表明,其中血清7型3株,血清5型2株,血清3型1株,血清1型1株。将分离菌株在37℃BHI液体培养基中培养6~8h,无菌条件下离心收集菌体,用灭菌生理盐水洗涤菌体3次,腹腔接种健康昆明小鼠,每只小鼠1.0×108CFU/0.2mL,结果5型和7型对小鼠的平均致死率最高,分别为100%和66.5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 After morphology check,biochemical test and PCR detection,seven Actinobacillus pleuropneunoniae strains were respectively isolated from diseased pigs in Changchun areas in Jilin Province.Using immunodiffusion test,the isolated strains were serotyped,and 3 strains as serotype 7,2 strains as serotype 5,one strain as serotype 3,one strain as serotype 1.The seven isolated strains were injected intraperitoneally into KM mice respectively to test pathogenicity,1.0×108 CFU/0.2 mL of per mouse.The result showed that the mortality rate of the mice injected with serotype 5 was 100% in contrast with serotype 7 of 66.5%.更多还原
