绵羊肺炎支原体Y98和丝状支原体丝状亚种PG3抗原的分析
Antigen analysis of Mycoplasma,ovipneumoniae Y98 and Mycoplasma mycoides subsp PG3
【摘要】 用SDS-PAGE和双向电泳方法,对绵羊肺炎支原体标准株Y98和丝状支原体丝状亚种标准株PG3的全菌可溶性抗原进行分析。结果表明,用SDS-PAGE分析Y98有9条蛋白带,PG3有11条蛋白带,其中有2条相同蛋白带;用双向电泳分析Y98全菌可溶性抗原多肽斑点有288±9,主多肽斑点有47个,相对分子质量范围在27 000~120000;pI范围为4.436~7.164,PG3全菌可溶性抗原多肽斑点有243±11个,主多肽斑点有36个,相对分子质量范围在27 000~120 000,而pI范围为4.213~7.987,二者有21个相同多肽点,但其多肽含量略有差异。
【Abstract】 The whole fungus soluble antigen of Y98 and PG3 were analysed by SDS-PAGE and two-way electrophoresis.On SDS-PAGE: Y98 have 9 albumen bands,PG3 have 11 albumen bands,among them have 2 same albumens;On two-way electrophoresis: Y98 polypeptide spot have 288±9(including 47 main spots),The molecular weight of Y98 ranges within 27 000-120 000, and pI range is 4.436-7.16;PG3 polypeptide spot have 243±11(including 36 main polypeptide spots),The molecular weight ranges within 27 000-120 000,and pI range is 4.213-7.987,they have 21 pieces of the same polypeptide,but its content of polypeptide is different each other.
