不同热处理的绒柄牛肝菌HPLC图谱分析

【摘要】绒柄牛肝菌水提液经梯度洗脱后用HPLC分离得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,新鲜绒柄牛肝菌中能使小鼠表现出神经毒性的成分有特征色谱峰,该峰的保留时间为36.44min,该成分可被一定方式的热处理破坏,表现为特征峰消失。为控制绒柄牛肝菌的安全性提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To set up the HPLC prints of Boletus tomentipes by different heat treatment for determination the quality of the fungi.Method:HPLC,gradienl elution,260nm wavelength.RESULTS: Under the selected chromatographic conditions,a series of good print of Boletus tomentipes were obtained.The substance in fresh Boletus tomentipes,which could be nerval toxicity to experimental rats,could be destroyed by heat treatment.Its special peak disappeared.CONCLUSION: The method of HPLC could be used to check the safety of Boletus tomentipes.更多还原
