【摘要】 通过在阿魏菇培养基中加入不同含量的阿魏粉,分别观察不同含量下菌丝长势、现蕾时间和产量的差异。结果表明培养基中添加不同含量阿魏粉,对菌丝生长的影响不显著,而阿魏粉含量占培养基干重的9%～11%时,集中现蕾期可提前6d,出菇率高且菌袋污染率低,总产量与未加阿魏粉比较可提高21kg。通过经济学分析显示此方法经济可行,有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment observed that the growth of mycelium,bud appearing time and output of the mushroom by adding different content of powder of P.ferulae in the culture medium.The experiment result showed that different P.ferulae powder content have not notable effect on the growing of Pleuratus ferulae.When the percentage of P.ferulae was 9%-11%,bud appearing time was 6 days earlier than the antitheses,mushroom ratio was high and living contaminants rate was low.The output was about 21kg more than the antitheses.Finally,it was proved that this method is doable to be extended with economic analysis.更多还原
