【Abstract】 A cuticle degrading protease gene BbCDEP was also isolated by PCR from the local Beauveria bassiana that is entomopathogenic fungi of the Ostrinia furnacalis.Sequence analysis revealed the gene of 1760 bp long containing three introns between 331 bp～405 bp,586 bp～646 bp,1157 bp～1223 bp. The deduced protein consist of 377 amino acids and exhibited 98.9%or 98.7%identities to the previous reported sublitisin-like enzymes(AAL5578.1,AAK70804.1) of B.bassiana,which provide theoretical basis on molecular mechanism that the gene acted in pathogenesis of B.bassiana.更多还原
