【摘要】 利用电导检测器的有机酸分析系统测定衣康酸的含量。有机酸分析系统(SCL-10Avp),带有电导检测器,色谱柱:shim-pack SCR-102H(8.0mmφ×300mm),移动相:10mmol/lp-甲基苯磺酸水溶液,缓冲液:40mmol/lBis-Tris水溶液,内含10mmol/lp-甲基苯磺酸和100μmol/lEDTA。实验结果表明,衣康酸峰面积与衣康酸的浓度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率在99.68%～100.26%之间,相对标准偏差为0.08%～0.39%,检出限为0.74μg/mL,实验结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of Itaconic acid has been determined using an organic acid analysis system SCL-10Avp. The chromatographic conditions were:shim-pack SCR-102H column(8.0mmφ×300mm);mobile phase 10mmol/l solution of toluene-p-sulfonic acid monohydrate in purified water; 40mmol/l Bis-Tris buffer solution including 10mmol/l toluene-p-sulfonic acid monohydrate and 100umol/l EDTA。The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of Itaconic acid(r=0.9999), the recovery rate was 99.68%~100.26%, RSD was 0.08%~0.39%, LOD was 0.74ug/mL.更多还原
