【摘要】 目的对慢性精神分裂症患者给予适当的行为治疗,以期提高其住院生活质量。方法对40例患者应用行为治疗并进行对照观察,以NOSIE-30及SANS评分为依据。结果行为治疗明显提高患者住院期间的生活质量。在NOSIE-30测查中的总积极因素增分值及总消极因素减分值研究组都明显高于对照组(P<0.01);SANS评分研究组(治疗后)总分明显低于对照组。结论行为治疗在改善慢性精神分裂症阴性症状,促进康复过程中有明显的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve quality of life of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia by giving them proper behavior therapy.Methods 40 inpatients received behavior therapy and their conditions were observed and compared.The evaluation gists were NOSIE-30 and SANS score.Results Behavior therapy improved quality of life of the inpatients obviously.In research group,the increased score of to-tal positive factors and decreased score of total negative factors were higher than that of control group(P< 0.01).After the treatment,the total SANS score of research group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Behavior therapy can improve the negative symptoms of the patients with chronic schizophrenia and has obvious treatment effect during recovery process.更多还原
