【摘要】 目的分析口服茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的临床疗效。方法对400例新生儿母乳性黄疸分组治疗,治疗组200例采用常规治疗加用茵栀黄注射液;对照组200例单纯采用常规治疗。结果治疗组显效172例(86%),有效24例(12%),无效4例(2%),总有效率为98%。而对照组显效32例(16%),有效56例(28%),无效112例(56%),总有效率为44%。结论茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的疗效显效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect in treating newborn babies mother of icterus with profess injection of seeding of capillary wormwood,gardenia jasminoides ellis and root of baikal skullcap.MethodsDivided the newborn babies mother of icterus 400 cases into two groups to treat contrastively,200 cases of treating group used the conventional treatment and added in profess injection of seeding of Capillary wormwood,gardenia jasminoides ellis and root of baikal skullcap.200cases of control group simply used the conventional treatment.ResultsThe treating group has great effects 172 cases(86%)and effects 24 cases(12%),ineffective 4 cases(3%),the effective rate 98%.Otherwise the control group has great effects 32 cases(16%)and effects 56 cases(28),ineffective 112(56%),the effective rate 44%.ConclusionTreating newborn babies mother of icterus with profess injection of seeding of capillary wormwood,gardenia jasminoides ellis and root of baikal skullcap has great effects.更多还原
