【摘要】 目的探讨肝损伤非手术治疗的适应证及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2007年6月收治的38例肝损伤行非手术治疗的临床资料。结果35例经保守治疗后痊愈,3例中转开腹手术后痊愈,无死亡病例及并发症发生。结论严格掌握适应症,在严密监测的情况下部分肝损伤患者可采取非手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the indications and therapeutic measures of non-operative treatment for the liver truma with abdomen closed injury.Methods The clinical date of 38 cases of liver trauma treated by non-operation from January 2003 to June 2007 were etrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 38 cases,35 cases of liver truma were cured by the nonoperation treatment and 3 cases of liver truma were turned to be operatived and were cured at last. Conclusion Non-operative treatment of liver truma is safe for the wounded with relatively mildwound condition.更多还原
