【摘要】 目的探讨高压氧治疗在重型颅脑损伤康复中的临床价值。方法依据格拉斯哥昏迷量表(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)的变化,研究分析132例重型颅脑损伤患者治疗前后的不同。结果治疗后GCS评分9分以上的病例数远高于治疗前。结论高压氧治疗对重型颅脑损伤康复有明显疗效,并可降低致残率,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To dicuss the clinical value of Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment in rehabilitation of severe brain injury.Methods 132 patients with severe brain injury were analysed by the change of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) before and after the treatment.Results After the GCS assessment the cases above 9 score were quite larger after the treatment than before.Conclusion Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment was obviousely effective in rehabilitation of severe brain injury and decreased the disabled rate and complications.更多还原
