【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT导引下穿刺定位在氩氦刀治疗肿瘤中的价值。方法对100例恶性肿瘤患者在CT导引下精确定位。结果100例患者穿刺成功率100%,治疗成功率100%,并发症8%。结论氩氦刀靶向冷冻损毁实质性肿瘤是外科治疗的新技术。为确保手术治疗成功,精确确定穿刺部位尤为重要,同时要合理掌握适应证,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discusses the value of puncture and location under the spiral CT guiding in treating tumor by the argon helium knife.Methods To locate accurately under CT guiding on 100 malig- nant tumor patients.Results For 100 patients,puncture success rate is 100%,and treatment success rate is 100%,as also,comphcation is 8%.Conclusion That argon helium knife target freezes and damages the substantive tumor is new technology in surgical treatment.In order to guarantee the success in surgery treat- ment,precisely locating the puncture spot is especially important,on the other side,we should grasp the indi- cation reasonably and reduce the illness complication.更多还原
