【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床价值。方法将134例2型糖尿病患者分为连续皮下注射胰岛素(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,CSⅡ,n=70)和每天多次皮下注射胰岛素(multiple subcutaneous insulin injection,MSⅡ,n=64)。CSⅡ组将短效胰岛素置于胰岛素泵内持续皮下注射,进餐前再按所需输入负荷量;MSⅡ组将短效胰岛素装入普通注射器内于每天三餐前及22:00皮下注射,治疗2周后对两组的疗效进行比较。结果2种方法均可使患者的血糖达标。CSⅡ组血糖达标所需时间为(6·5±1·3)d,MSⅡ组所需时间为(10·1±2·1)d;CSⅡ组血糖达标所需胰岛素用量为(36·1±7·3)U/d,MSⅡ组血糖达标所需胰岛素用量为(42·7±6·9)U/d,CSⅡ组低血糖发生次数为0·03次/(d·人),MSⅡ组低血糖发生次数为0·08次/(d·人)。两组上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义,均为P<0·05。结论CSⅡ能更快速地控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖,所需胰岛素用量较少,低血糖发生率较低。更多还原
