【摘要】 目的测定不同产地葛根中葛根素的含量。方法用HPLC法测定,以MeOH-H2O-HAc(25∶75∶0.5)为流动相,250nm为检测波长。结果葛根素在0.026～1.95μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.35%(n=5)。结论该法简单、快速、准确,适用于葛根中葛根素含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Determination of Puerarin in the Redix Puerariae from different areas.MethodsPuerarin were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-HAc(25∶75∶0.5).Detection wavelength was at 250 nm.ResultsThe Puerarin curve showed good linear correlation within 0.026-1.95 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of Puerarin was 97.3% with RSD of 1.35%(n=5).ConclusionThe method is simple and can be used to determine Puerarin with quick and accurate.更多还原
