【摘要】 目的:对酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸进行了溶出度测定,以考察其内在质量。方法:应用搅拌浆法,以HPLC法测定酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸的含量为指标,对酒肝清胶囊中甘草酸进行溶出度测定。结果:以含0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠的蒸馏水溶液为溶剂,转速100 r.min,经45 min,溶出度为标示量的75%以上。结论:溶出度测定是控制中药复方制剂内在质量的一种可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the dissolutions of glycyrrhizic acid in Jiuganqing capsules in order to examine its inner qualitiy.Method:The content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC as index to determine the dissolution of glycyrrhizic acid in Jiuganqing capsules by paddle method.Result:900 mL of 0.5% SDS solution was used as solvent.Paddle method was used with rotation rate at 100 r.min^-1,after 45 min,dissolution is over 75% labelled amount.Conclusion: The determination of dissolution is a feasible method for controlling the inner quality of traditional Chinese medicinal preparations.更多还原
