粉背薯蓣挥发油的成分分析及生物活性的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:首次从粉背薯蓣的块状茎中提取出挥发油,以检测其生物活性。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从粉背薯蓣的块状茎中提取出挥发油,再用气相色谱-质谱法对粉背薯蓣的挥发性成分进行研究,并检测其抗肿瘤和抗菌生物活性。结果:从挥发油中分离出7种物质,其中主要成分有对二甲苯(7.601%),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(31.348%),联苯二甲酸丁醇辛醇酯(1.712%),正十六烷酸(4.618%),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5.891%),2,4-双(1-甲基-1-苯乙基)苯酚(3.471%),单(2-乙己基)邻苯二甲酸酯(43.875%),并对挥发油的抗肿瘤活性和抑菌活性进行了检测,发现其化学成分具有较好的抗肿瘤活性和抑菌活性。结论:首次从挥发油的角度来研究粉背薯蓣的药理作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:The volatile oil was extracted from the stem of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin firstly and the biological Activity was tested.Methods: Extract volatile oil from the stem of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin by steam distillation and the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS method.The anti-tumor and antibacterial activities of the volatile oil were tested.Results: Seven constituents were identified.The main compounds include p-Xylene(7.601%), 1,2-Benzened-icarboxylic acid,bis(2-methylpropyl) ester(31.348%),1,2Benzenedicarbocylic acid,butyl octyl ester(1.712%),n-Hexadecanoic acid(4.618%), Dibutyl phthalate(5.891%),Phenol,2,4-bis(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-(3.471%),1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono(2-ethylhexyl) ester(43.875%).We found that the chemical components had activities of anti-tumor and anti-bacterial.Conclusion:The pharmacological effect of Dioscorea hypoglauca Palibin were related with volatile oil.
