【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其组织抑制剂(TIMP-2)在成人腹股沟疝患者腹横筋膜组织中的表达情况。方法切取50例开腹手术患者腹横筋膜组织,其中合并腹股沟斜疝25例,直疝15例,无疝患者10例。采用免疫组织化学SP法,对比分析MMP-2及TIMP-2蛋白在各组中的表达情况。结果与斜疝组及对照组相比,MMP-2在直疝患者中高表达,TIMP-2在直疝患者中低表达(P<0.05),MMP-2、TIMP-2蛋白在斜疝组和对照组中的表达差异无统计学意义。结论MMP-2及TIMP-2对腹横筋膜的降解作用是成人原发性直疝形成的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether an alteration in expression of MMP-2,TIMP-2 were associated with the development of adult primary inguinal hernia. Methods Transversalis fascia( TF)specimens were obtained from patients with indirect inguinal hernia( IDH,25),patients with indirect inguinal hernia( DH,15) and patients without inguinal hernias. Expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of MMP-2 showed a significant increase in DH compared with IDH and the control( P < 0. 05),and expression of TIMP-2 were significantly lower in DH compared with IDH and the control( P < 0. 05). While expression of both MMP-2 and TIMP-2 showed no significant difference between IDH and the control( P > 0. 05). Conclusions An increased expression of MMP-2 and a decreased expression of TIMP-2 may play a important role in the TF matrix degradation process in patients with direct hernia.更多还原
