基于无线传输的某型导弹实时监测与故障诊断研究

【摘要】 针对某型导弹武器装备系统庞大、技术密集、故障检测过程繁琐的特点,提出了一种基于无线传输技术的在线实时监测与故障诊断方案.系统中,各检测仪与各单机之间通过无线技术来实现各信号的传输,检测设备直接设计安装在装备上,从而减少了各单机检测之前的繁琐准备工作,实现了诊断过程的简单、快速化.该方案采用多级分布式处理技术,实现了检测信号的高速采集,并运用模式识别与人工智能等技术来实现设备工作状态的自动搜索与实时监测.研究表明,该技术方案能实现该型装备故障诊断的快速、准确定位与实时监测.

【Abstract】 Aimed at some huge systems and difficult fault diagnosis of large missile equipment,a scheme of on-line monitor and fault diagnosis based on wireless transmission technology is presented.Each test instrument is fixed directly on the equipment and communicated signal and command with a host computer by radio wave.In this way,cable connections between the host computer and test instruments are greatly reduced,and the diagnosis system can be simplified with fast diagnosis.The system is combined with multilevel distribution measurement,and high speed acquisition of test signal is implemented.Automatic search and on-line monitor of work state are actualized by pattern recognition and artificial intelligence technologies.The analysis result shows that this system can implement fast and accurate fault positioning and long-range monitor for missile equipment.
