Sb对ZA27合金尺寸稳定性及耐磨性的影响

【摘要】 通过对Zn+Sb二元及ZA27+Sb多元锌基合金的试验数据检测、分析表明:Sb在ZA27合金中与Al形成AlSb化合物相,减少了富Al的α相数量,Sb可钝化α枝晶。Sb的加入提高了合金的尺寸稳定性和耐磨性。含0.5%Sb时,使ZA27合金的磨损量减少59%,在含1.0%Sb时,ZA27合金的尺寸稳定性提高了81%。Sb对ZA27合金韧性产生不利影响。

【Abstract】 The binary Zn and Sb alloy and ZA27 and Sb complex Zn-based alloys was tested. The results showed that Sb and Al formed compound phase AlSb in the ZA27 alloy, and decreased the number of allitic phase α, Sb could make the α dendritic inactive. Sb improved the dimensional stability and wearing resistance of alloys. The abrasion loss of ZA27 alloy diminished 59 % while contenting 0.5 % Sb, and the dimensional stability increased 81% while contenting 1.0 %Sb. Sb is unfavorable for the toughness of ZA27 alloy.
