【摘要】 目的了解山东省2000-2006年围产儿非综合征性总唇裂畸形发生率的动态变化趋势及流行病学特征。方法采用以医院为基础的监测方法收集资料。调查对象为监测医院内住院分娩的孕28周至产后7d的围产儿。结果该省7年非综合征性总唇裂发生率差异无统计学意义,城乡发生率差异也无统计学意义。男性发生率为14.1/万,女性为10.4/万,差异有统计学意义,非综合征性总唇裂的性别比为1.3:1,三类非综合征性唇腭裂各自的发生率为:总唇裂12.2/万,唇裂(CL)3.6/万,唇裂合并腭裂(CP)8.5/万。结论山东省非综合征性唇腭裂发生率无变化趋势,城乡无差异。男性高于女性,唇裂合并腭裂为最常见类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the dynamic variation of the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate during the period from 2000 to 2006.Methods From 2000 to 2006,data were collected from more than 28 hospital-based units involved in a monitoring program and were analyzed by the Shandong Center for Birth Defect Monitoring.The monitored subjects were the hospitalized births from 28 weeks gestation to a period within 7 days after delivery.Results The variation in the incidences of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate was not significant among the 7 years,and the difference between urban and rural areas was not too.The incidence was 14.1/10 000 in males and 10.4/10 000 in females,the difference was signiticant.The male to female ratio for cases was 1.3∶1.The incidences of three types of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate were 12.2/10 000,3.6/10 000,8.5/10 000,respectively for cleft lip and cleft palate,cleft lip alone and cleft lip with cleft palate.Conclusion There is no variation in the trend of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate in Shandong during the period from 2000 to 2006 and no significant difference between urban and rural areas.The incidence is higher in males than in females.The most common type is the cleft lip with cleft palate.更多还原
