【摘要】 目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(High intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗子宫腺肌瘤的有效性和安全性。方法:16例典型子宫腺肌瘤进行高强度聚焦超声治疗,超声实时监控。以彩超或增强MRI比较治疗前后子宫腺肌瘤体积、血供变化,以及随访治疗前后患者月经、痛经程度和血红蛋白变化来判断治疗效果。结果:高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌瘤后,子宫腺肌瘤血供明显减少甚至消失,体积缩小明显(57.16%),月经周期和月经期缩短,月经量减少50%,所有患者的痛经症状均完全缓解,Hh水平全部恢复正常,无不可接受的并发症。结论:高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌瘤具有良好的安全性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of endometrioma. Methods:Sixteen typical patients with endometrioma received HIFU treatment.HIFU treatment was monitored by real-time ul- trasound.The changes of tumor-size and blood-supply of endometrioma before and after HIFU were evaluated by the CDFI or enhanced MRI,and symptoms changes were recorded in follow-up process.Results:After HIFU treatment,in all patients,tumor size shrank 57.16%,blood supply decreased,menstrual cycle and menstrual period decurtated,and menstrual volume decreased 50%.All the patients had a complete remission of menalgia and Hb test became normal level.All the patients had no serious syndrome.Conclusion:HIFU is safe and effective to treat endometioma.更多还原
